Frequently asked questions

Answers before you ask.

How a machine is configured, what we need from you, how long it takes and what happens after start-up.

Choosing a machine or line

Do you design a new line for every order?

No. Most orders start from a proven standard machine or line, and the configuration is adjusted to your product, your plant and your grid.

What do you need before quoting?

The finished product, the raw paper type and GSM, the target specification, the expected output and the factory voltage. Requirements outside the standard range are reviewed by our technical team first.

Raw paper and finished product

Which raw paper can the line run?

The line is matched to your paper type and GSM during the configuration review, together with the glue system and the finished-product dimensions.

Can the machine produce our own dimensions?

Finished-product dimensions are part of the configuration. Requirements outside the standard range are checked technically before they are quoted.

Capacity and speed

How are capacity and speed agreed?

Target output and line speed are fixed in the configuration, and the pre-shipment trial run verifies the machine against the requirements agreed in the contract.

Control and automation

What control system is used?

Machines run on PLC control with inverters and servo drives on the cutting units, and the electrical configuration is built for your grid.

Factory, power and installation

Which voltage do you build for?

Motors and controls are ordered for the destination grid, from 220V to 600V+. Above 600V, a transformer is integrated into the power line.

Do you install and train abroad?

Yes. Engineers are dispatched for installation, commissioning and operator training: around two weeks for a large project and three to five days for single units. Travel and accommodation are normally arranged by the customer.

Lead time and shipping

How long does production take?

Large production lines normally take three to six months; small machines are usually ready within about a month. Machines are built to order, so no stock is held.

How is shipping arranged?

Transport follows the trade term in the contract — FOB, CIF and similar — so packing, inland transport, export clearance, sea freight and insurance responsibilities are agreed per order.

Acceptance, warranty and after-sales

How is the machine verified before shipment?

Every unit is trial run in our Suzhou factory. You can inspect it in person or accept it through a live high-definition video run-through against the agreed indicators.

What warranty applies?

The standard warranty is 12 months. Parts and remote support follow the responsibility split in the contract.

What happens if a fault appears after start-up?

Most cases are electrical, control or PLC related and are resolved by remote diagnosis and program updates. Downtime is handled first.
