Frequently asked

The questions we answer before every quote.

Configuration, voltage, lead time, acceptance and support.

Do you design a new line for every order?

No. Most orders start from a proven standard machine or line, and the configuration is adjusted to your product, your plant and your grid.

Which voltage do you build for?

Motors and controls are ordered for the destination grid, from 220V to 600V+. Above 600V a transformer is integrated into the power line.

How long does production take?

Large production lines normally take three to six months; small machines are usually ready within about a month.

How is the machine verified before shipment?

Every unit is trial run in our Suzhou factory. You can inspect it in person or accept it by live video against the agreed indicators.

What warranty applies?

The standard warranty is 12 months; parts and remote support follow the responsibility split in the contract.

What happens if a fault appears after start-up?

Most cases are electrical, control or PLC related and are resolved by remote diagnosis and program updates, with downtime handled first.
