Continuous multi-ply paperboard laminating line engineered for high compressive stacking strength, uniform glue metering, and automated cross-cutting and stacking.
Coating lines for pallet-friction anti-slip paper sheets, accompanied by standalone high-precision paper roll slitter rewinders, sheet cutters, and die-cutting auxiliary machines.
We combine European technical standards with responsive engineering support, delivering high total-cost-of-ownership value instead of disposable low-cost machines.
We avoid pure one-off experimental builds and rigid inflexible stock. Our machines use proven, field-tested core platforms where motors, voltages, line speeds, tooling, and finished board dimensions are customized to your exact paper GSM and factory utility.
From our founding, partnerships with demanding Western industrial groups established our benchmark for rigid structural steel, clean electrical cabinet wiring, fail-safe interlocks, and precise roller alignment.
Industrial paper converters operate equipment for 10 to 20+ years. We use wear-resistant structural components and globally accessible PLC and inverter brands, allowing seamless ongoing maintenance by your local technicians.
Real cases illustrating our response speed, technical openness, and commitment to long-term client success.
An overseas converter thoroughly inspected and visited multiple domestic factories across Guangdong, Hebei, and Jiangsu over six years. While other suppliers eventually ceased replies, our team continuously provided technical parameters, video trials, and layout advice.
The client ultimately commissioned equipment with SINOTOP based on continuous responsiveness and trust. Two years later, when launching an expansion facility, they immediately placed repeat orders without hesitation.
A commercial packaging producer had already prepared a purchase contract with a competing factory. After discovering SINOTOP, intensive communication over 72 hours—reviewing dynamic machine running videos, component specifications, and after-sales commitments—convinced their engineering team.
The client altered their decision and partnered with SINOTOP: “Your mechanical stability and finish are visibly superior to what we had contracted.”
Manufactured strictly to order. Every project moves through rigorous engineering checkpoints to ensure hassle-free commissioning abroad.
Precise audit of paperboard GSM, finished dimensions, target output, and factory electrical voltages (380V/415V/480V/600V+).
Proactive progress updates via photos and workshop video logs across machining, assembly, wiring, and PLC integration.
Comprehensive in-house trial run before dispatch. Verified via on-site inspection in Suzhou or high-definition live video acceptance.
Engineers dispatched for on-site positioning, wiring, mechanical calibration, and operator training (lines ≤ 2 weeks, single units 3–5 days).
Standard 12-month structural and core warranty, backed by remote PLC diagnostics, quick-turn parts, and direct engineer contact.
Direct, factual answers based on actual manufacturing and exporting practices.
Yes. Every machine is manufactured to order. Motors and electrical controls are ordered specifically for your national grid (e.g. 220V, 380V, 415V, 480V). For voltages exceeding 600V, custom heavy-duty transformers are integrated into the power line.
We do not ship unverified machinery. Every unit undergoes complete mechanical and electrical trial runs in our Suzhou factory. Clients are welcome to inspect in person, or we perform full live video run-throughs verifying speed, cut precision, and finished board quality.
We dispatch technicians for on-site commissioning and hands-on staff training. For daily operations, common PLC and electrical troubleshooting are resolved through online remote diagnostics and program updates without costly delays.
