After-sales & spare parts

Support that keeps the line running.

After start-up, support runs through the same channel you ordered through. Most service cases are electrical, control or PLC related and are solved remotely; parts and on-site work follow the responsibility split in the contract.

Response channels

Three ways a case moves.

Downtime is handled first; everything else is scheduled.

01

Report the case

Send the machine or order number, the fault description, any alarm message and photos or video through your usual contact.

02

Remote diagnosis

Electrical, control and PLC issues are diagnosed online and corrected with parameter changes or a program update.

03

On-site service

When the case needs hands on the machine, engineers are dispatched for repair, mechanical alignment or operator training.

Fault intake

What we ask for first.

  • Machine model or order number.
  • Fault description and any alarm message.
  • Photos or a short video of the situation.
  • When the fault started and what has already been tried.
  • Whether the machine is stopped — downtime cases go first.
Warranty

What the standard cover says.

  • Standard warranty: 12 months on the machine.
  • Parts and remote support are split by responsibility.
  • Manufacturing-quality issues, wear parts and misoperation are treated separately.
  • International courier costs and engineer travel follow the contract.
Spare parts

Parts that match the machine.

  • Replacement parts are quoted against the machine and the order, so the specification matches what was shipped.
  • Electrical and control components follow the brands fitted at build time, so they stay serviceable locally.
  • Courier and shipping terms follow the responsibility split in the contract.
Keep on file

What shortens a service case.

  • The order number and the machine model.
  • The electrical configuration delivered for your grid.
  • The trial-run and acceptance record.
  • The wear-parts list agreed with the order.
  • The maintenance intervals in the machine manual.
Support

Report a fault or request parts.

Send the machine details and the symptoms; we will come back with the diagnosis path or a parts quotation.
