We all know that the paper edge board machine can be used for 10-20 years, it has developed from pneumatic cutting to high-speed servo cutting. The disadvantage of pneumatic cutting is that it couldn’t cut short pieces, it cuts 800-1000mm shortest. Can we modify the pneumatic cutting into servo cutting? Normally it is not so easy to update the pneumatic cutting to servo cutting, we have to change the whole cutting unit and the control system. Especially for those abroad machines, programmers have to go to the site to adjust the program.
To Solve this edge board cutting issue, we develop offline cutting machines for edge boards, one is a servo cutting machine, and another is an electronic cutting saw, which cuts in bulk quantity.
For paper pallets or furniture manufacturers who use just a small quantity of short corner boards, we recommend the servo cutting machine; for bulk quantity, we recommend the electronic edge board cutter.
