The honeycomb board is widely used for textiles, there are different ways to make holes on honeycomb board.
The Mostly used honeycomb board is at 1200*1200mm, or 1200*1000mm based on Euro pallet. We can use hole-drilling machines and die-cutting machines. The die can be a wooden base or a whole set of metal die. We recommend a whole set metal die that cuts clean and has stronger cutting strength. The wooden base die works for small quantity orders.
Our die-cutting machine has a die holder to fit both wooden bases die and metal dies, for bulk order, if you use the whole set metal die, the die holder can be replaced.
